I took this 9-point on the last morning of the hunt in the last hour. He is a Legends Ranch 5-1/2 year old management buck - but to me he's a trophy! October 20, 2007

This is the muley I took in 2007. He's not the biggest I've ever taken but he certainly represents one of the best shots I've ever made. I dropped him in his tracks with one shot at 300 yards.

When I'm not shooting with a rifle or a bow, I shoot with a Canon 1DMkIII and a variety of lenses.   My favorite subjects are mountains, sports, flowers, and animals.   I love the hardware and software side of digital photography.   In the end, though, it's still all about perfect light and inspiring composition.
